With our "Käsle", the name says it all: shaped by expert hands into its lovable, handy form and carefully cared for, the little cheese masterpiece is allowed to develop its flavour for three to four months in the maturing cellar. It is mildly flavoured and makes the Alpkäsle a much loved and extremely versatile companion, whether as an eye-catcher on the cheese buffet, at a hearty snack or as a tasty souvenir.

- Raw milk cheese made from organic milk (pasture milk TSG)
- Matured for at least 3 months.
