Natural organic pasture milk, matured into a powerful semi-hard cheese with a fine, edible red rind, and topped with the variety of herbs from an Alpine farm garden! It sounds, smells and tastes irresistible. Selected garden herbs from controlled organic cultivation are applied to the natural bark by hand. The flavours of the herbs give the classic pasture milk cheese an incomparable, wildly spicy finish.
