The name says it all, because our full-flavoured semi-hard cheese is produced exclusively with natural organic pasture milk from cow-based calf rearing. In this form of rearing, all calves are allowed to stay with the cows. This means that the calves can drink whenever they want and grow up in a manner appropriate to their nature. Our organic cheese with its edible red rind has a delicate, milky and nutty flavour along with a creamy texture.
