Cheese enjoyment to the power of three! We have selected three different types of pepper for our organic pepper trio. The farmer's cheese for the spicy trio is made from fresh, natural pasture milk and is allowed to mature for 12 weeks in our cellars. Green pepper and whole, organic pink peppercornsare added to the cheese paste, while the edible natural rind is refined with crushed,organic black pepper . We buy our pepper from small farms that grow spices organically using traditional methods and do not use any chemicals. The result is a savoury delicacy for the only true cheese lover, with plenty of pepper on and under the rind.

  • At least 50% fat in dry matter
  • Semi-hard cheese made from organic milk (pasture milk TSG)
  • Matured for 12 weeks
  • Fresh green and pink peppercorns in the cheese paste, rind coated with crushed black pepper
