Nice and spicy! With its intense aroma and savoury flavour, our organic goat's cheese is a real treat, and not just for cheese connoisseurs! In addition to its excellent flavour, it is also high in protein, vitamins and low in lactose. Baldauf goat's cheese is allowed to mature for four months until it has reached its optimum flavour.
- At least 50% fat in dry matter
- Semi-hard cheese made with organic goat's milk (pasture milk)
- Matured for at least 4 months
Our organic goat's cheese won the bronze medal at the World Cheese Championship Cheese Contest 2020 in Madison / Wisconsin and is, therefore, the third best goat's cheese in the world!
