Two gourmet favourites that harmonise perfectly: take the finest black truffle and combine it with
best organic Baldauf cheese. The result is an almost unearthly
culinary delight. We source our truffles from the Italian Marche region,
where they can grow in the best certified organic quality. Made from
fresh pasture milk, the golden yellow paste of our
cheese is interspersed with truffle fragments before it is allowed to mature.
- At least 50 % fat in dry matter
- Semi-hard cheese made from organic milk (pasture milk TSG)
- Without coating, with edible natural rind
- Matured for 12 weeks
