The Baldauf affineurs were among the first to sprinkle blossoms on cheese wheels – not only for the beautiful appearance, but above all for the flavour . In this respect, the organic wildflower cheese is no more and no less than an original! The semi-hard cheese made from natural organic pasture milk with fine, edible red rind and refined with selected herbs and flowers from controlled organic cultivation seduces the eyes, nose and palate.
