The wild herbs are the savoury siblings of the alpine flowers – and so the organic wild herb cheese is also more substantial: our cheese specialists apply selected wild herbs from controlled organic cultivation by hand to the fine, edible red rind of the semi-hard cheese made from natural organic pasture milk . The result is a harmonious, round and intense flavour experience, which is further enhanced by the smooth texture of the semi-hard cheese.
