With our "Käsle", the name says it all: shaped by expert hands into its lovable, handy form and carefully cared for, the little cheese masterpiece is allowed to gain flavour for three to four months in the maturing cellar. The flavour is mild and spicy – and makes the pasture milk cheese a much-loved and extremely versatile companion, whether as an eye-catcher on the cheese buffet, with a hearty snack or as a tasty souvenir.
