Natural pasture milk, matured into a powerful semi-hard cheese with a fine, edible red rind, and topped with the variety of herbs from an Alpine farm garden! It sounds, smells and tastes irresistible. Selected garden herbs are applied by hand to the natural bark . The flavours of the herbs add an incomparable, wildly aromatic crown to the classic pasture milk cheese .
