We supply the perfect cheese for the Easter season. While the Easter eggs are being painted in bright colours at home, our Osterkäsle is also getting ready for the festivities and spring. It takes salt baths, we brush its rind and it is allowed to develop its full flavour over 3 - 4 months in the maturing cellar.
