Cheese enjoyment to the power of three! We have selected three different pepper varieties for our pepper trio. The farmer's cheese for the spicy three is made from fresh, untreated pasture milk and is allowed to mature for 8 weeks in our cellars. Green pepper and whole, pink peppercorns are added to the cheese paste, while the edible natural rind is refined with crushed black pepper.
- At least 50 % fat in dry matter.
