The Baldauf affineurs were among the first to sprinkle flowers on cheese wheels – not only for the beautiful appearance, but above all for the flavour . In this respect, the wildflower cheese is nothing more and nothing less than an original! The semi-hard cheese made from untreated pasture milk with a fine, edible red rind and refined with selected herbs and flowers tantalises the eyes, nose and palate.
