Prinzregent Luitpold goat's cheese has a firm structure
with an exceptional smoothness. The origin of
Bavarian goat's milk in its purity is reflected in the well-matured
goat's cheese. The spicy almond flavours and the typical
aroma are a feast for the palate.
Semi-hard cheese, at least 50 % fat in dry matter.
Maturing time: at least 4 months
Equalised and packaged in a modified atmosphere.
