Sennerei Goßholz
Cheese tradition since 1862!
Our parent company has been located in Goßholz near Lindenberg in the beautiful Allgäu region since 1862. After more than one and a half years of construction, we were able to open our first own cheese dairy there at the end of 2020. Here we process both organic pasture milk, organic goat's milk and conventional pasture milk from our local farmers.
Production processes will be bundled in the new cheese dairy, transport routes shortened and our energy efficiency optimised. In this way, we have created an environment in which the best quality can be produced under sustainable, environmentally friendly conditions. By the beginning of 2021, both production and all employees will have moved from our previous locations in Grünenbach and Gestratz to Gossholz.
